Investment syndicator MyFarm is taking a commercial property model to the rural sector with an offer of shares in a Marlborough Vineyard.
The deal, available to wholesale investors only, involves the purchase of 94.8ha in the Wairau Valley from a consortium including winemaker Ant Moore.
