A company which owned just over half of failed drinks business VnC Cocktails is due to be struck from the Companies Register, and the new VnC owner is being kept under close wraps.
The ready-made cocktail maker and its subsidiaries VnC Manufacturing, Sejuice Wines and Hydr8 collapsed last year,
