The National Business Review this afternoon successfully fought off a gagging bid by ex-Rich Lister John Robert Sanders (60) to keep details of his court case secret – a week after they were published to thousands of NBR online readers.
At the conclusion of a hastily convened telephone conference High Court Justice Lyn Stevens dismissed Mr Sanders’ application for interim suppression of any further publication until the outcome of an appeal to the Court of Appeal.
