NZQA files criminal proceedings against private training establishment
Charges relate to the entry of false “achieved” results on students' records.

The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) has filed criminal prosecution proceedings against a deregistered private training establishment, the International College of New Zealand (ICNZ), and its director Chirag Solanki.
The charges have been made under section 292C of the Education Act
