Auckland’s hotel-owning Rich List Pandey family have bought Wellington’s recently refurbished 139-room Novotel for a record but undisclosed price, marking the first major hotel transaction this year.
The sale price reflected a yield about 7.6% and it was both a record yield and the highest price
