Insurer Tower [NZX: TWR ] says the resignation of director Rebecca Dee-Bradbury, with immediate effect, is for personal reasons and has no connection to its profit warning on September 8.
Ms Dee-Bradbury, an experienced Australian retail and food industry executive, joined Tower’s board in August
