PGW shareholder gets delisting warning from NYSE

PGG Wrightson’s controlling shareholder Agria has been warned it faces delisting from the New York Stock Exchange over its low share price.
Shares in Agria, whose major shareholder is PGG Wrightson chairman Guanglin Lai, have been trading below $US1 for more than 30 days, triggering the warning
