Powerhouse Ventures [ASX:PVL] has accepted a conditional offer for some of its Invert Robotics shares, for $1.3 million.
The Christchurch-based technology incubator says it received an unsolicited offer for part of its Invert holding, subject to Invert’s shareholder agreement conditions,
