Powerhouse Ventures has appointed John Walley as the sole director on portfolio company Motim Technologies’ board.
A shareholders’ meeting was held on Wednesday to discuss the appointment and Powerhouse’s plans to sell its stake in the mobile marketing tech company.
It was called after Motim
