Reserve Bank will sit tight this week
All economic pointers suggest the Reserve Bank not only will but should sit quietly for a while.
Reserve Bank governor Graeme Wheeler will sit tight when he reviews the official cash rate this week.
The latest OCR review is due on Thursday morning, and Mr Wheeler can be expected to make little more than a reasonably short, terse and largely unchanged statement from the last time.
