Rolls-Royce apologises to Air NZ, sends engineers to Auckland

Air New Zealand expected about 9000 customers were affected by re-timed international services this week, due to problems with some of its Dreamliner engines.

The changes affected two key US routes – Los Angeles and Houston – and Japan services operating to and from Haneda airport.
