Ross liquidators commence further clawback action

The liquidators of Ross Asset Management have written to 72 investors against who possible clawback claims will soon become time-barred while it awaits a near-$90 million Supreme Court hearing.
But only 39 have agreed to enter the standstill agreements, resulting in two more High Court claims
