Rural Land Co seeks $20m for Southland farm buy
Deal adds 930ha of dairy farm land to portfolio.

Dairy farm investor NZ Rural Land Co has announced a $20 million capital raise to help pay for its acquisition of two farms in Southland.
In a statement to the NZX, the company said it had agreed to buy the 564ha Argyle Downs Farm and the 366ha Greenhill Farm for a combined price of $29m.
