One of the Spark [NZX: SPK ] buildings in Auckland’s downtown Victoria Quarter is back on the market after prominent Chinese buyer Shanghai Pengxin spent seven months trying to get OIO approval that went nowhere.
Building owner Mansons TCLM pulled the plug on the deal a few weeks ago after losing
