One irony in Xero’s decision to consolidate all its shares on the ASX is the company will have to follow Aussie rules from now on. Xero stopped reporting quarterly cashflow from early 2016 after changing its ASX listing to a “foreign exempt listing.” That status freed Xero from having to comply
