Steel & Tube misses its own profit forecast, slashes dividend
Without acquisitions, underlying profit would be down.

Steel & Tube has fallen short of its own operating profit forecast and has slashed its final dividend as sales dipped and costs and debt levels climbed.
The company’s net profit fell 22% to $20 million for the year ended June, with sales down 1% to $511.4 million.
