Stellar string of GDTs leads to ‘optimistic’ milk price forecasts
Westpac and ANZ have hiked their milk price forecasts for next season to $6.50/kgMS, $6.75/kgMS respectively.

Analysts are confident Fonterra is getting ready to increase next season’s milk price forecasts, after yet another good result at the GlobalDairyTrade (GDT) this morning.
But Federated Farmers, although cautiously optimistic, is advising farmers not to get too carried away.
