Supreme Court supports arbitration in Zurich insurance case
Decision eases fears top court was taking paternalistic approach to arbitration.

This nation’s top court has put its weight behind arbitration, ruling in favour of insurance firm Zurich International.
Zurich insured Cognition Education, which had contracts with the Abu Dhabi Education Council for the provision of management services for public schools.
