Sky TV cofounder Terry Jarvis sold a Manukau property last month for a profit of more than $3.28 million on its original purchase price.
Mr Jarvis, valued at $80 million on this year’s rich list, bought the industrial building at 56 Allens Rd in East Tamaki for $65,000 in 1981.
