Fellow MP Te Ururoa Flavell laid a formal complaint after Mr Harawira wrote in a newspaper column that the party was too wrapped up in its coalition with National and was supporting anti-Maori policies.
The full text of the complaint was released to 3 News.
"With the recent publication of the Sunday Star Times article on Sunday 16th Jan 2011 (Crunch time for Maori grumbles), I believe that has not treated me, our colleagues and the Party as a whole with respect, nor acted ethically or with integrity in his work," Mr Flavell wrote.
He alleged Mr Harawira had breached the party constitution and was bringing it into disrepute. The article came on top of other public remarks the MP had made.
"These recent events and statements however clearly show that Hone wishes to continue to not comply with agreed positions, with the constitution and to act unethically and without integrity in his statements about myself as a member of our caucus, about the leadership of the Party and the Party itself. This complaint is based on these matters."
Issues included the public airing of differences, incorrect statements, and criticism of a bill to replace Labour's Foreshore and Seabed legislation.
"This (criticism of the bill) is made by one of our members who actually shaped the bill, contributed to the discussions, heard the debate, saw the briefing papers and had direct access to the Minister."
Mr Flavell lists comments Mr Harawira made that offended him including that the party had not made it clear when it disagreed with the Government and that it did not keep in touch with its supporters.
The MP made statements "that present the view that he is the one who is correct and the rest of us have sold out".
He said he had lost trust and confidence in Mr Harawira to work within the team.
