Tower [NZX: TWR], the listed general insurer, named Brett Wilson as chief financial officer, following the departure of Michael Boggs last month.
Mr Wilson was chief financial officer and secretary at Seniors Money International, and has previously worked as ASB Bank's general manager finance, chief financial officer at Metropolitan Life and finance manager at Sovereign.
Mr Boggs resigned last year and finishes this Friday, ending four years with the company.
Tower shares fell 1.3% to $2.28 and have declined 7.4% this year.
