Engineering firm Siemens has won an interim court injunction preventing rival GE from examining a gas turbine it acquired from Contact Energy’s [NZX: CEN ] decommissioned Otahuhu power station.
GE signed a deal to buy the turbine on May 13 but the purchase was challenged by the turbine’s maker
