NZ First’s “unconstitutional” anti-ISDS bill was narrowly voted down yesterday after its first reading.
The Fighting Foreign Corporate Control 2015 Bill was introduced in March to prohibit New Zealand from entering into any trade agreement that includes provisions for investor-state dispute
