Vector offers $4m compo for Penrose outage
Electricity Authority report says Vector and Transpower should have been aware of fire risk but the power companies disagree.
Auckland lines company Vector [NZX: VCT] is making up to $4 million available to customers affected by a fire at a Penrose substation last October that cut power to a large area of the city.
