A look inside the Rich Lister's tub.
A new promo video (below) gives a rare glimpse inside NBR Rich Lister Graeme Hart's superyacht, Ulysses.
Why the promo clip?
Because the Ulysses is reportedly up for sale with a $US195 million price tag.
Why flick if off?
Because Mr Hart already has another tub under construction in Norway: a 116m "expedition yacht" currently known only as Hull 370.
Meanwhile, the Rich Lister will have to make do with the 107m Ulysses, which features 60 cabins (30 for guests, 30 for staff), an on-deck swimming pool and jacuzzi, a helipad, gym and movie theatre.
The NBR Rich List 2016 gives Mr Hart a value of $7 billion.
