Housing NZ has put out a tender for two new housing developments in Mount Cook and Newtown in Wellington.
The projects are part of the organisation’s $2.9 billion spend over the next three years to build and upgrade state homes.
It wants to develop 30 units on a Mount Cook site in Hanson Street.
