Specialist property lender Pallas Capital says Westpac NZ has provided new funding lines into its New Zealand lending facility, Pallas NZ Funding Trust No 1.
The Australian non-bank lender said the $360 million facility has helped fund 60 commercial real estate loans valued at $285m since its entry
