Wilaci launches directors’ liability suit at Kerr
Latest in saga to recover more than $A30 million for Torchlight loan.

John Grill’s Wilaci unit is now going after NBR Rich Lister George Kerr for allegedly breaching directors’ liabilities, it was revealed in the High Court at Auckland today.
Pyne Gould Corporation (PGC) chairman Mr Kerr is defending the case, which is at a very early stage.
