Chris Hughes will be based in the corporate office in Auckland.
Technology ‘rising star’ Peter Fernando will be based in Christchurch.
Richard Pratley is experienced in high-tech software, product, and services businesses across NZ and Europe.
Two other board appointments have also been made.
Medical researcher and inventor Dr Catherine Mohr will be a non-executive director.
Malcolm Johns will join the power company in March next year.
