A Dunedin city councillor and former ACT MP is considering appealing a decision that ruled a $750,000 land transaction was fraudulent.
Hilary Calvert was a director of Brocal Trustee, a professional trustee for developer Chris James' family trust, along with an entity controlled by accountancy
