The Financial Markets Authority's case against Mark Hotchin, Eric Watson and other men associated with Hanover Finance companies is set down for September.
Mr Hotchin, Mr Watson, Greg Muir, Sir Tipene O'Regan, Bruce Gordon and Dennis Broit are being sued by the market regulator for charges
