Starz and Fox subsidiary battle for star logo

American cable channel Starz has won a lengthy trademark battle against an Asian subsidiary of 21^st Century Fox.

Starz, which produced the Spartacus series in New Zealand and broadcasts Outlander, applied for the word mark “STARZ” in 2012.
